Jonathan Durling’s passion for photography took root early. He bought his first camera at age six and by 16, had a Nikon Inc. sponsorship for a photojournalism project in Africa. Jonathan was trained and mentored by National Geographic’s Anthony Boccaccio.
Stephany and Jonathan were raised in the same city near the mouth of the Amazon River and grew close through their mutual interests and photography. They fell in love and in 2011, they were married on the greens of a Brazilian golf club. Together they enjoy cooking gourmet fare for friends and traveling around the world.
Jonathan and Stephany live in southeast Michigan. As full-time wedding photographers, they create stunning and natural images for discerning couples locally and around the globe. Other than Michigan, they frequently photograph weddings in Chicago, Brazil, and India. Their work has been featured in Grace Ordmonde’s Wedding Style, Modern Luxury’s CS Brides, Indian wedding website Maharani Brides, and in 2013 they were voted The Knot’s Best of Weddings.
